桑苗，女，工学博士，出生于1985年，新疆乌鲁木齐人。

2008年7月，在新疆大学获得学士学位；

2011年7月，在新疆大学获得硕士学位；

2017年7月，在中科院新疆生态与地理研究所获博士学位；

工作经历：

2011年7月至2017年7月，在中科院新疆生态与地理研究所矿产资源中心任研究实习员，从事造山带增生大地构造与成矿研究工作；

2017年7月至2022年11月，在中科院新疆生态与地理研究所矿产资源中心任助理研究员，从事造山带增生大地构造与成矿研究工作；

2022年12月至今，在中科院新疆生态与地理研究所矿产资源中心任副研究员，从事造山带增生大地构造与成矿研究工作。
