尹辉，女，理学博士，出生于1985年，新疆塔城人。

教育经历：

2007年7月，在新疆大学获得学士学位；

2010年7月，在新疆大学获得硕士学位；

2022年6月，在新疆大学获得博士学位。

工作经历：

2010年7月至2012年8月，以项目聘用的形式，在中科院新疆生地所从事扫描电子显微镜的管理工作

2012年8月至2015年12月，在中科院新疆生地所担任助理实验师，从事扫描电子显微镜和透射电子显微镜的管理工作。

2015年12月至2021年12月，在中科院新疆生地所担任实验师，从事扫描电子显微镜、透射电子显微镜、激光共聚焦显微镜的管理工作。

2021年12月至今，在中科院新疆生地所担任高级实验师，从事扫描电子显微镜、透射电子显微镜、激光共聚焦显微镜、聚焦离子束扫描电子显微镜的管理工作。
