- 张小啸，男，理学博士，出生于1980年，甘肃武威人。教育经历：2002年6月，在兰州大学资源环境学院获得学士学位；2005年6月，在北京师范大学环境学院获得硕士学位；2007年10月-2009年3月，德国科隆大学地球物理与气象研究所，联合培养博士研究生2010年6月，在北京师范大学资源学院获得博士学位；工作经历：2010年8月至2019年11月，新疆生态与地理研究所助理研究员，从事干旱区大气环境方面的研究工作2011年11月至2012年1月，美国内布拉斯加州大学，访问学者2018年11月至2019年10月，美国农业部&华盛顿州立大学，访问学者2019年11月至今，新疆生态与地理研究所副研究员，从事干旱区大气环境研究方面的研究工作
