叶朝霞，女，理学博士，出生于1978年，浙江象山人。
教育经历：
2001年7月，在新疆大学获得学士学位；
2005年7月，在新疆大学获得硕士学位；
2008年7月，在中科院新疆生态与地理研究所获博士学位。
工作经历：
2008年7月至2010年12月，在中科院新疆生态与地理研究所 助理研究员，从事生态水文过程、生态需水研究工作；
2013年1月至2015年4月，在美国辛辛那提大学做访问学者；
2011年1月至今，在中科院新疆生态与地理研究所 副研究员，从事生态需水和水权研究工作。
